Clarity
I was not certain what was adding stress to my day until Mary Ellen helped me to sort through some of the daily demands. Trying to get it all done seemed impossible with putting in a full day of work, spending time with my husband, exploring personal interests, regular exercise, and just keeping my home and workspace organized. I learned about balance and managing time. I learned to dedicate time to the things I wanted to accomplish and realized that by setting aside just minutes a day, it helps to plan, achieve, declutter, and maintain organization in my environment. Mary Ellen's life coaching sessions have been extremely helpful to me in changing the way I think, and therefore the way I behave. First, she assisted me in clarifying what I truly want and to be more specific about my goals and intentions. Next, she helped me to make a concrete life plan so that I would be accountable.
